JOFIG management has developed unexhausted files on its competition, and has had difficulty in gathering more details about the competition’s financial stability and other marketing strategies. Conversations with end users of competing products, product brochures and industry publications have been the primary source for intelligence on the competing companies. JOFIG management believes that none of its competitors enjoy a broad enough installed base to establish insurmountable loyalty.
